enables branch personnel to work their own collections if desired.
The system incorporates a daily “call list” for collectors,
contact notes and history, follow-up dates, on-line reports, and
the ability to refund/waive fees and charge off accounts. The
institution can define an unlimited number of customer letters,
which are automatically produced each night. A complete history
is maintained of all activity while the account is overdrawn so
employees can look at both current and prior overdraft activity.
The browser-based user interface makes CentrixOAS™ very
scalable and easy to implement. Additionally, the parameter
driven design makes the system customizable to the requirements
of the financial institution.
