Financial institutions that offer overdraft protection are faced with the challenge of collections. Like any collections process, overdraft collections involve diligent follow-up and accurate record keeping. The Centrix Overdraft Administration System (CentrixOAS™) simplifies the process of follow-up, contact management and general administration of overdrawn accounts.

CentrixOAS™ offers centralized collections management, yet enables branch personnel to work their own collections if desired. The system incorporates a daily “call list” for collectors, contact notes and history, follow-up dates, on-line reports, and the ability to refund/waive fees and charge off accounts. The institution can define an unlimited number of customer letters, which are automatically produced each night. A complete history is maintained of all activity while the account is overdrawn so employees can look at both current and prior overdraft activity.

The browser-based user interface makes CentrixOAS™ very scalable and easy to implement. Additionally, the parameter driven design makes the system customizable to the requirements of the financial institution.
